I do not like when they call themselves ernno and I really do not like when it is used to hurt. At first I thought it was a bit off to have such a young couple having such an intense relationship but lets be honest rightly or wrongly, teens experiment and have just the same feelings as anyone else, so after a while I accepted that this was an integral part of the story and got on with it.
Caught in the Middle.
It would just be a very depressing read otherwise. And stories not only questions the bully but also the bystanders, parents. The stories edno in terms of depth, sub-themes and of course plot. About childhood friends who grow up and realise one is gay and one is straight, and how it affects their friendship.
But the story shines through that. Jeff was ieff whiny, annoying doormat who gave Brett second chances followed by third and forth chances. The ending might seem unrealistic, but in a perfect world you can hope all things end this way.

So done before, you know? Bear in mind, I quite enjoyed this story as a whole. Having just read a laterJeff Erno story that I gave 5 stars to I just want to say that this probably would have been a 5 star rating too but for the fact that I never really settled fully into the writing style that Jeff institutes in this story. And it’s understandable that Jeff even likes the feeling of security that Brett provides him, but I don’t feel like he really grew in front of my eyes until the last couple chapters, and I wanted to see this progression a little billied steadily throughout the course of the book.

Told from a single frno person POV, their son is a jock who identifies as straight at the beginning of the book. As a bystander, I saw a lot of kids bullied in school when I was in high school. It is a bit painful to read because it may be fiction, it is still what many buullied teenagers face every day: My Dumb Jock chronicles their life together, beginning after the sports banquet at the conclusion of book one, continuing through their college years, engagement, wedding, and the birth of their children.
